By placing an order on our website you agree to our terms and conditions as published on our website.

Additional Terms

Parts Selection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the part being purchased is correct for their vehicle (if there is any doubt please complete our Parts Enquiry Form). Trying to program or adapt an incorrect part to the vehicle can result in damage to the vehicle and/or part. We cannot accept returns on incorrectly ordered parts.

Dispatch: Orders placed using DPD are dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm (GMT) Monday - Friday. Orders placed using Royal Mail are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm (GMT) Monday - Friday. Orders placed using DHL are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm (GMT) Monday - Friday. Orders requiring key cutting must be placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday - Friday to guarantee dispatch the same day. Orders for security codes or keys to be cut by VIN may experience longer delays depending on the manufacturer.      

Delivery (UK): We offer DPD Next Day and Royal Mail Signed For and Special Delivery services. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for information on current delays in your area.  

Delivery (Europe): We offer standard and express delivery options throughout Europe. We use the following methods to deliver your order: Tracked Post, DPD (some countries only) and DHL. Products will reach most most European countries within 5 - 7 days (standard) or 1 - 2 days (express). We also offer worldwide services which usually get to our customers in 7 - 14 days (standard) or 2 - 5 days (express).

Delivery (Worldwide): We offer standard and express delivery options worldwide. We use the following methods to deliver your order: Tracked Post and DHL. Products will usually get to our customers in 7 - 14 days (standard) or 2 - 5 days (express).

Stock: The availability of a specific part is shown on the product page. Special order parts will be ordered immediately from the relevant manufacturer and dispatched once available. It is not possible to cancel a special order part once the order has been placed. Orders for parts which are out of stock will be placed onto our back order system and will be dispatched once available. 

Returns: Customers may return new and unused products for a refund (excluding special order items) within seven days. Products should be returned in original packaging (where applicable). We cannot accept returns on keys that have been cut as these products are made to order. Faulty products may be returned for a refund but we will not refund any product that does not work due to incorrect programming or incorrect part selection. You must inform us in advance of returning an item, and confirm the reason for the return. Failure to do so will delay your return being processed.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued on unused items returned within seven days after the day you receive the goods. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item and not the shipping cost. We cannot accept returns on special order items or keys which have been cut. Our key code service is also a non-refundable service; please see the relevant product listing for more information. Products eligible for return incur a 4% fee (minimum of £5.00) to cover administration, payment processing and re-stocking fees.
