We are a UK based company that specialises in the supply of vehicles keys and immobiliser parts. We are worldwide distributors of both genuine and aftermarket vehicle remote and transponder keys. We have been supplying vehicles keys to the motor trade and locksmiths for many years and in doing so we have built up excellent relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers and other distributors to get you the best possible price on your keys.

We offer standard and express delivery options throughout Europe. We use the following methods to deliver your order: Standard Post and DHL. Products will reach most European countries within 5 - 7 days (standard) or 1 - 2 days (express). We also offer worldwide services which usually get to our customers in 7 - 14 days (standard) or 2 - 5 days (express).
Customers may return new, unused and opened products for a refund (excluding special order items) within seven days (fees apply, please see our terms and conditions for details). We cannot accept returns on keys that have been cut to code or cut to chassis number as these products are made to order. Faulty products may be returned for a refund but we will require a print out from the diagnostic tester being used to verify the fault. The manufacturer may also ask for a technician report and contact number to verify. We will not refund any product that does not work due to incorrect programming or incorrect part selection. Refunds will only be issued on unused items returned in the original packaging within seven days after the day you receive the goods. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item and not the shipping cost. We can not accept returns on special order items e.g. keys cut to code or chassis number.
