Our New Website

After many months of development we now finally have a new website. Our new website has more functionality than the previous one and some of the main changes are listed below. There are some tweaks still to be made and I am sure the odd error here and there which will get tidied up in the next few weeks. 

Our main changes are as follows:

  • New product identifiers. Products are clearly labelled as Genuine, OEM or Aftermarket.
  • Smart keys are sold separately, and the blade is offered as additional product (selectable from the smart key listing). 
  • More detailed key cutting and programming information.
  • New product finder function, allowing you to check what parts fit a particular make, model and year of vehicle (still currently being updated so please bare with us).
  • Customer account area where customers can check order statuses, get copy invoices etc.
  • Dedicated trade enquiry contact form to allow us to respond to our trade customers quicker. 
  • Payments are now handled by WorldPay as opposed to SagePay (we are currently working on the payment page for checkout on a mobile device).

We would welcome any feedback on our new website, particularly if you see something that is incorrect or not working correctly.

I am a very unhappy customer, the site promised a remote key for £30, I ended up paying £72 & then told the key would not work without completion from a garage or main dealer. Buyer beware- if you are an expert on keys, you may be ok, but be prepared to have your money taken & then given an item that needs further work to complete.

Keys need to be programmed before they will start the car. Please re-read the advert fully.

This is the second time we have had a problem now first you don't take back a key that did not work at all. Now you send out a second hand key that has been programmed to an other car then sent back and you send it out as a new key. Really not happy with the service.

The key is brand new in original packaging direct from Ford. The key shows locked on a transponder reader, which is normal as the transponder reader does not know the factory password. If you want to verify this buy one from your local Ford dealer. The reason you can program it is that you purchased the incorrect part for the vehicle, you bought FOR-R19 and needed FOR-R11.

Disgrace, the key you sent out had been programmed to another car and you sent it out as a new key. Will be posting a review on locksmith sites to let others know!!!!

I just bought yesterday a key for my Citroen C3 year 2014. I hope that all is ok when arrived, as it was expensive. I didn't know that I would need to programme the key. So I need to pay an extra to someone programme it. That's bad.
